I actually purchased the mattress topper for my daughter to take with her to college. She's not in the dorms this year but in a furnished apartment and the beds were absolutely terrible. They were very hard and thin. All of the girls ended up getting mattress toppers. My daughter called just last night to say that she absolutely loves her topper! She said it's SO comfortable! When we were moving her in and unpacked the topper there was this very strong chemical odor. I was a little worried about it but assumed it was probably just from the way it was packaged - vacuumed sealed in plastic. I asked her about the smell when she called last night and she said it was completely gone. Yay! One less thing for mom to worry about while she's away at college!

Did not like at all. Heavy and hard to handle by yourself. The topper wasn't comfortable and kept sliding off the bed. Also the sheet wouldn't stay attached. I am sending back for a refund.

Terrible it is as hard as a rock. Didn't sleep alright. Have to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3inches of plushness really makes the world of difference for an uncomfortable mattress. The removable cover is great and the cooling is nice although can’t always feel it. It’s not hot though, and that’s good. My only negative would be that it does have a strong smell once unpackaged, but that dissipated after a day or two.
