Easy to set up. Heated up to the 104 in 12 hours. It is quiet while running. Has green light on the plug to let you know it's on and running(incase of a breaker trip). The hot tub itself seems to be made of thick material. The huge cover is difficult to get on but it is nice and covers the whole tub. So far we are pleased with our purchase. This is not our first inflatable hot tub but so far the best made. We have only had it 3 days so how it's going to be in the long haul time will tell but we are happy so far.

None of the pillows came with the unit. Very disappointed....

Pier spa plus portable hot tub is a game changer not only was it affordable and easy to set up but now we have a hot tub to enjoy three seasons out of the year! We thought about trying it through the winter but since we live way up north, we thought this might be expensive. It is easy to use and wonderful to have available after a hard days work.

This hot tub exceeded all of my expectations for a portable hot tub and I can't believe I never got one before. I was able to move the box and set this hot tub up without assistance. The setup was simple, adding water, and getting it all dialed in was also no issue. I love that it came with a cover as that helps regulate the water temperature and also protect from debris getting into the water. I definitely recommend this hot tub and wish I would've got one sooner!
