i wanted to return this item because of the color but was having trouble. Your representative told me it is non-returnable. I had no idea. I was under the impression that anything that was not personalized could be returned. she told me where to look next time to see if it is returnable or not...very small to see especially when you are not expecting it to be non returnable. Lost money on this item but she said where to look next time.....next time? ....don't know about that.
