Difficult and time consuming to put together. No holes for some parts.Not user friendly. Not as sturdy as description. Rods for hanging files don’t stay in place. Would not recommend.

It is a nice looking file cabinet, but did not like how the adjustable rods for the file folders are installed. There should have been preset locations for letter and legal size folders.

Took a while to put together and the instructions are not the best, but the product is solid once built and holds two rows of either letter or legal sized files in each drawer. Don’t open both drawers at the same time! Don’t screw the screws too tight or they’ll poke through to the finished surface. Looks like it should cost more and is a very nice piece of furniture and a beautiful alternative to a metal filing cabinet. Very happy with this purchase, especially the grey colored wood.

Some of the pics were confusing in the directions but overall pretty straightforward. It took me a while maybe 4-5 hours altogether. It’s a lot of pieces. The finished product looks pretty good. Drawers decent size but I wouldn’t try anything heavy in the drawers. Just hanging files.
