Quality is good for the price. Assembly is simple, it just takes a little time and the sturdiness is dependent on taking your time and doing it right. Gave it four stars because the wiring for the lights looks messy strung between each light on the front side of the mirror. We ran most of the wire back behind the mirror to hide it, but it still cheapens the look.
