Can't speak to the longevity or durability yet. However, the time and process to build it was straightforward, the aesthetic is perfect, and most importantly, IT IS COMFORTABLE. It is more on the firm side, but very supportive. I switched from a Serta and I feel much more supported in this chair. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a good looking, affordable and comfortable office chair.
