This has held up beautifully in front of kitchen sink/stove area. Lots of traffic but still just as nice as day purchased. Spills clean up nicely. Even using scrub brush didn't damage

it's nice wash it was a thicker mat, but it will work. bought one a year or so ago that was a little thicker which I liked very well.
