Finished project was beautiful. Not NOT Company’s fault but the shipping people really smashed up the boxes and caused little nicks in the plastic glass. Still turned out nice. We added a paver floor by adding sand under the pavers and finishing with paver sand for the top. We wet paver sand let dry and swept off excess. We also used rebar to secure the greenhouse to the foundation on all four corners- due to high Colorado winds.

Extremely happy with purchase! Bought in September 2020. Ate fresh lettuce and herbs during the winter of 2020 - 21.

Poor follow-up with part replacement and customer service. I set up my greenhouse and was looking forward to using it this winter and spring. We had a strong gust of wind and despite anchoring the greenhouse down the wind blew it over. When I contacted Wayfair, they stated I needed to contact the manufacturer. Wayfair stated the manufacturer needed pictures of the greenhouse before damage and after damage, which parts were broken, pictures of how the greenhouse was secured and finally proof from the National Weather Service of the wind conditions for that day before they would owner the 7-year warranty. I tried to call the manufacturer direct and have not received a return phone call as of today. A great deal of money for a product that I thought came with a warranty. Just blown away by the lack of follow up. I just need replacement parts! Stan

Looks great now that it’s together. Good fit and finish. All the parts were there. Very happy with the finished product. Now that less favorable part. The directions were not written well. And the plastic panels are not makes as far as part numbers. So after assembling the roof section and discovering that it was the shorter panels we had to take it apart. Also I ordered the base for the green house. And I recommend it. But also they were not marked and there was some jockeying of the frame pieces . A lot of two steps forward and one back. The directions could use a little more clarity. But I’d would recommend this green house but you need a couple days and two people.

The quality of this greenhouse is worth the money. It is sturdy even in 50 mph winds. It is a two person job to put it together. It took us a day and a half to complete it.

Wayfair gives zero support here and sends you straight to the manufacturer. I've had to now have the assembly crew here for the third time due to missing parts. The greenhouse might be quality but it's hard to be objective when you get repeatedly angry. I bought plants for the greenhouse in the day it was to be assembled. That was 3 weeks ago and the plants are dead and I'm awaiting the second shipment of missing parts. Do NOT assemble until you inventory ALL parts- yes, that will take you a long time but obviously no one else is doing it! Beware. The assembled greenhouse has now had a panel pop out, the door misaligned and structurally, it's just subpar. There are holes left on every panel top where it meets the side. These are big enough for rodents and insects to go thru- NOT what a gardener desires. Overall, this isn't a good greenhouse while Palrams other products rate 4 stars from me as I've had both. ( Palrams bought this company but it isn't like their manufactured products)

Durable, but not the easiest to put together

VERY pleased with my purchase. More energy was used in digging and placing the block foundation than assembling the greenhouse. Make sure the foundation is level. A half in off at the base is double that at the top. It was a one person task, finished in about a week including the foundation. The instructions were excellent. Just follow the pictures in order. Of the hundreds of parts, none were missing. Do an inventory first to become familiar with everything. MAKE SURE all parts are there before you start. A missing part will make the task halt and delivery can take several days for a replacement. Hand strength is necessary when placing the gazillion pins. A drill is helpful to true up the holes to place the pins to make them easier to insert. Even then, some strength is needed. Two clicks to fully insert them. I used a rubber mallet on occasion to fit some pieces. Even though a support number was included, it was not necessary..........a very good product.

I really like this greenhouse. Directions were mainly pictures but easy to assemble. It would be great if they could sticker the windows with the part number.

This will be a nice greenhouse, but there were a few glitches in assembling it. For the most part, illustrations are clear, but in several cases a few words of additional information would have saved us some time, also maybe marking the plastic bags with contents more clearly so we get the right bag when we search for it. I think it will work well, and for the most part it assembled well.
