Warranty Details

1-Year limited warranty: The manufacturer warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modification, alteration, neglect, or mishandling. To replace or repair a product that has a warranted defect, the original purchaser shall contact Edvivi Lighting to return any defective parts or products to the manufacturer, along with a detailed description of the claimed product defect. This warranty does not cover bulbs or finishes on outdoor products. In addition, it does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired, or replaced product. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including, but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, improper installation, modification (including, but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), adjustment, or repair. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the claimant. We do not ship outside of the North American continent.
