No regrets buying this, easy set up and provides hours of fun for my kids. Day ended with impressed guests and exhausted happy kiddos

Big hit with the kids. It is a nice size and enough room for several kids to play. I do recommend getting the insurance on it. We have used it 4 times and one of the seams on the slid has already broken. We did not use it dry either. Great product for small kids.

The tubes for water were not long enough to cover all the ports. Other than that it’s a great product

Love this! Grandkids feel like they have a private water park!! Super easy to put up and take down! Fits perfectly in the bag if you read the instructions!

Box came completely cut open. No protective packaging. We havnt inflated it yet to see if it's okay but by the look of the box I wouldnt be surprised if it has a hole or two

Buyer Beware !!!!!!  If i could gave given them negative stars , I definitely would have. Banzai is a horrible company. Their products are cheap and a real safety hazard !!! The important parts literally disintegrate after only a few months of use. Their customer service is horrible!!!!!  Their warranty is only for 60days from the time of purchase so be sure to pay close attention and return before 60 days. Im surprise any reputable store supports and sells their products. Thank GOD I purchased the 5yr insurance but I dint expect to have to use it after only 3 months!!!!!!.  I purchased the item on May 12, 2023 for almost 600 because it was on clearance. Supposedly, the original price was almost  1500. I thought I was getting a deal. I dint open it until the end of June when the weather was warm enough to use with my 2yr old twins. Once it was set up I realized itvwas a scam and the item was much smaller than advertised. I wanted to return it , but my girls had seen the big box in the living room and was excited about me setting it up. Now I Own an inflatable piece of garbage that I cant even use !!! . 600 is alot of money especially in this economy. For a company to take advantage of hard working people is just criminal.  If I had not bought the warranty I would have been screwed from Banzai and Wayfair. The only company that stood behind their product was the insurance company. I definitely wont be purchasing anything from Banzai and  but have no choice then to use my refund with Wayfair as store credit!!!!!!.  Crooks!!!!!!!
