EVERYTHING JUST FINE WITH FIT AND FINISH. JUST WHAT I WANTED. HOWEVER, ZIPPER AT BOTTOM END WAS MIS-ALIGHNED AND WAS UNABLE TO SEPARATE . DID INSTALL BY DRAWING COVER UP FROM BOTTOM, THEN PULLING TO ZIPPER DOWN.

Very pleased with material and quality only downfall is …it is very hard to get over top of umbrella. You should build in some type of rod to be able to lift cover over umbrella. Only complaint.
