Hard to assemble. Beautiful when done.

The finished product looks pretty nice BUT assembling this took several hours and has made me determined to never purchase “assembly required” furniture again. As many others have mentioned, there were issues with the cabinet doors not being flush and shutting properly and the absence of pre-drilled holes at the bottom for the legs. We ended up removing the middle legs because they caused the console to stand in a wonky manner. As you can see from the photo, the legs are black, not gold as the description indicates.

Deducted a star only because the instructions had some errors and there were a few missing pre-drilled holes. But if you pay close attention to detail, and are used to putting things together, it’s not hard to navigate. I was able to put it together by myself in 2.5hrs. Beautiful piece and definitely worth the purchase and effort for assembly. Also, I painted the legs silver— but they come gold.

It is hard to put together. I can't figure out how to get the drawer in, the doors on, or where to put the feet as there are no predrilled holes for the feet.
