Customers generally praise the product's attractive appearance and good quality for the price, noting it brightens rooms and complements decor. However, opinions are mixed regarding the color, with many finding it has more gray than depicted in photos. Some customers also express disappointment with the rug's thinness and its tendency to curl at the edges, though others find it a good value for money.
