Bamboo Laundry Hamper

The wood is broken and cracked, and the cloth bag too. Looks cheap.

Subpar quality, kept coming apart and giving splinters. Such a bummer, because the look was perfect.

Awesome. Foldable for moves but sturdy when assembled. Some may find the removable dowels annoying but these can easily be secured with your own hardware if preferred.

Product design has defect - the lid constantly slides off. Reached out to Wayfair about the issue and was promised a replacement part would be shipped our. This was in Dec 2022. The replacement was still not received in Feb 2023. It was delayed several times. Every time when it got really close to the estimated delivery date Wayfair mentioned previously, they told me it had been further delayed. There had been 3 or 4 iterations like this until I decided to cancel and tried to return the product. Wayfair said they would reach out to to the vendor or manufacturer about the return, but again no updates to date. I understand there have supply issues and shipping problems at large, and I think I can respect it if I was told that it would take some time because the part was back ordered etc. But constantly giving out optimistic estimates only to renege when the date got close is very sketchy. A horrible experience with wayfair

It’s a beautiful design on the outside! The two fabric liners that hold the clothes make the capacity smaller if you use them.

Easy assembly just what I needed for my space.
