Sadly ours came damaged but customer service made it right

I've purchased 2 of these, and they both stopped working within 6 months. Don't waste your money.

Our fire pit arrived quickly and packaged securely. It was easy to assemble. We had to use a lighter to ignite it the first time but after that, starts right up. We love sitting on our porch and drinking wine with such a beautiful atmosphere. Thank you! We highly recommend this product.

Fire pit is great, but cover cracked after 6 months. If you buy this, get a better cover to ensure Burnet doesnt hold water.

This valve assembly is bad out of the box. Perhaps I get gas flowing out in 1 out of 100 attempts. Guys look elsewhere other reviews about the defective gas valve is real. I am waiting for a replacement part and hopefully I can get it from Wayfair.

It wasn’t too difficult to put together. However after being able to light it only once with the knob, it no longer lights. We have to use a lighter. Disappointing. It is such a pain to light that I rarely try anymore.

After one time working for 5 minutes, the fire pit is on the life support with no sign to return to the service. Also, the top panel is not flat (curves) and surface paint on the edge of the top plate is damaged. Will try to get warranty, hope it will work.
