Once everything was put together it felt solid and secure. I also like that it doesn’t take up a ton of space while still giving plenty of room underneath and on the beds themselves. Wanted this for someone who would be sleeping and watching television in the bedroom frequently and there wasn’t space for a separate seating area. I paid for assembly and the person was able to build it without any issues. The drawers below are a little flimsy, but love the extra added storage under the bed. Poor quality. Items arrived damaged (first two photos) and woodpaint chips easily if you accidentally over tighten it (see last photo). If I hadn’t already been halfway through construction before I saw the second box and all the damage, I would have returned it. The number stickers on the parts use such poor adhesive that when you peel them off, they all leave residue so you’ll spend hours scraping them off and using goo-gone.
