I trusted her and got what I wanted. Delivery: First it was to be delivered on Friday, then Saturday and finally the next business day. I assumed that would be Monday. Lucky for me it was Sunday. The assembly directions were a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. The product was barely ok. There were imperfections in the finish. I wonder if it had been returned as the shipping box really looked tough.. It's lovely, except the package arrived damaged from FedEx. There is a dent in the back of the bottom piece (not a deal breaker) and wouldn't be there if FedEx hadn't handled the box so roughly. The place for the paper towel roll -- the directions show where to place the screws for the paper towel holder, but they don't hold -- it wasn't specific on how to secure them and they wouldn't hold. This worked for me so very well. I have an old one in one corner of my dining room and this one in the other corner.
