Customers praise the product for its sturdiness, durability, and solid construction, noting it is heavy-duty and secure. The size is considered perfect for smaller spaces. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the design, with one customer receiving a mismatched base and another suggesting a T-base might be preferable for chair clearance.
