I made quite a few modifications to make this coop more useful. I used strong magnets across the top so we could reach into the run. We added stair tread to the roost ramp so our ladies didn’t slip around anymore. I’d planned to use a solar door opener to let the gals in and out, but I was one day over the 30 day return window and Wayfair wouldn’t let me return it even for store credit. It didn’t fit despite the online specifications saying it would.. Ashley. US. Tue Aug 11 2026

Ultimate Coop Upgrade! Iron-reinforced edges boost durability; 2 large wheels glide effortlessly. Weatherproof fir wood + asphalt roof protect year-round. Smart nesting box & ergonomic perch keep chickens happy. Roomy 37.6"L design fits 4-6 adults. Perfect for chickens, ducks, rabbits—backyard bliss made simple!

I bought this Coop to turn it into a feral cat house with a lot of modifications. I am happy with the results. I insulated it with 1 in foam insulation board, made two levels two escape doors in an entrance. I screened all the windows and added all the plastic to the front so that I can roll it down when the weather gets cold and tack it to the frame to help keep them warm I put linoleum on the floor and added two heated dog pads. I painted the whole thing as there was no way this would be waterproof without it. I added tinted plastic corrugated roofing to cover the existing roof to protect it and also to make that more waterproof. If making modifications be careful cutting the boards because they are only attached at the edges of the frame. It took me a month to complete this but I am very happy with it. Two of my ferals have already been in and out of it several times. It is now ready for a cold winter.. Anonymous. Indiana, PA. Thu Oct 22 2026

Comes complete with 4 laying stations, a sheltered area, and an easy-lift lid for ease of cleaning. Add the wood hutch to the universal welded wire pen or the universal walk-in pen via a pop-out back panel for a complete home for up to 12 chickens.

My hens really like the hutch, and eggs are easy to access. It is very secure against predators. I can’t give it a 5 because this is the the third one I have purchased since the top tends to separate after a year or so of weather, and it will become a haven for insects between the pieces. That being said, for the price, I don’t mind getting a new one every year. It’s easy to put together and sturdy.. Jill. US. Fri Sep 10 2021

My friend and I are very happy with the new coop! He's a free roam bun in the sunroom, but I wanted him to have a place to hide out when it's chilly (we live in the south). The first one arrived with damaged parts and rather than the company just replacing the parts, they sent me a new one! I specifically chose this coop so my friend could have the top as a lookout and the bottom as his hideout l, and he definitely enjoys that! I did paint the outside all white but left the stain on the inside. It's an adorable bun house now :). It fits my 2 year old mini plush lop just fine, but I probably wouldn't have 2 buns in it..
