It is a very nice chicken coop. It is well made and easy to assemble. The color shown is the color of the actual product. It is very cute and looks great. It is easy to move around and I didn't have a concern that anything would be able to get in with my chickens and kill them. The reason I am giving 4 stars is that it is a very, very small coop. I moved and only had one chicken left. I wanted to take her with me because she is 11 years old and my new farm didn't have any kind of chicken coop area. I purchased this thinking it would be a great place for her live out her life. However, it is extremely small. I couldn't stand to see her in such a small area. I think it might be a great area for a couple of bunnies or if you need a place to put small chicks before you integrate them into an adult flock of chickens. I wish it was bigger because it is nicely constructed, easy to assemble and the colors worked for my farm. I will now just resell on Marketplace as I already have it all assembled and didn't want to try and repackage to send back. Overall, we’re very happy with this chicken coop. It took about four hours for one person to put together. It’s a good size for our five hens, looks really nice, and feels sturdy once assembled. The main reason I took off one star is because of the latches. The latches that come with the coop do not feel secure enough to protect the chickens from predators. We didn’t trust that an animal couldn’t get them open, so we purchased stronger latches and replaced the original ones. For something designed to keep chickens safely enclosed, I think better and more secure latches should be included. There were also a couple of spots on the wood pieces for the perching areas where the holes had not been pre-drilled, so we had to drill those ourselves. Other than that, it’s a very nice coop. I am completely in love with this. I’m using it to give my bantam chickens, a safe place to be outside during the day it went together really easily. The only cons are the latches aren’t that great a raccoon could definitely open them so I’m gonna have to change that and I decided to put the roof on backwards so that I can open it above the roosting bar giving me access to the entire pen.. It is a little small for 4 chickens, but it arrived with no damage and was fairly easy to assemble. Took 2 of us less than hour. Didn't use the wheels as I am going to put it in one place and not move it around. To use as a tractor would definitely not be big enough for 4 chickens. Easy to put together, parts are labeled, directions good. I only had to redo the hinges on lid, placing them somewhat higher than I had them in order for lid to close properly. Added an automatic door, the coop is spacious for my five hens, the roosting bars stay seated. I stapled two layers of strong plastic to roof for easy cleaning as they like to sit up there. The only part a little tricky was placement of the hinge on the left for roof, I wish the screw holes were marked better.
