easy to assemble. Anonymous. Fri Sep 11 2026

This large dog crate is made of heavy duty sturdy steel pipe, strong & durable. Fish scale welding technology reinforced the extra large dog crate. And no burrs and sharp edges of welding parts, safe for dogs.

Great crate! We have a 180 pound cane Corsa that has occasional anxiety issues when his people family leave him. On our previous wire crates, his pushing actually bent the wire and warped the door so badly we needed to replace it. This crate is STRONG and there is no way our dog, despite his strength, can bend the bars. It is slightly narrower than our other wire crates, but he easily turns around in it. It was very easy to assemble, but it did take two people to hold parts still so that the hardware went in straight. I love the wheels! I can reposition the crate easily even with him in it. If you have puppies, the door on top would be a great way to get them in without running out of the front door. Note that if you put the wheels in place, the dog will need to step up into the crate 5 inches. If your dog has mobility issues, Id keep the crate on the floor to avoid the step up. Doors open smoothly and are wide enough to let even very large dogs inside with ease. This was expensive, but way cheaper in the long run as it was our second wire crate that he destroyed! He’s a great dog, just very strong. If you have a dog like ours, don’t hesitate it’s a great crate.. Brenda. Shirleysburg, PA. Tue Jan 06 2026

All in all it can out ok but it did come damaged on the top wood piece on the corner and one of the gate bars was bent. I asked for new parts they told me they didn’t have any and gave me 25 off. Mitchell. Sun Mar 15 2026

【1 Crate, 3 Uses】 Offers a safe haven for your dog, serves as a side table or nightstand for you, and easily blends in with your home decor and elevates your space—this dog crate meets everyone’s need, from your dog to you and your home.

Bring home a dog crate designed to feel like real furniture rather than a traditional pet cage. This 62-inch farmhouse double dog crate features a mostly solid wood construction, with natural solid wood used throughout the main frame and key structural areas to provide a substantial, durable feel while reducing reliance on MDF and particle board commonly used in engineered-wood furniture. A supportive plywood back panel adds stability to the overall structure. The use of more natural wood materials also makes this crate a thoughtful choice for modern homes where pets and family members share the same living space. Its warm wood character, distressed farmhouse finish, and dark metal accents create a furniture-style appearance that fits naturally into living rooms, bedrooms, and family areas. Inside, a removable center divider allows the kennel to quickly convert between two separate spaces for two medium-sized dogs and one larger open resting area for a bigger dog. Two sliding barn doors provide convenient front access without requiring the clearance of traditional swing-out doors, making the crate easier to position in smaller or busier spaces. Sturdy metal bar panels provide airflow, visibility, and an open feel while working together with the solid wood structure to create a stable everyday enclosure. Secure door latches help keep pets safely inside, and the spacious tabletop can be used as a TV stand, display surface, storage area, or decorative furniture top. Combining mostly natural solid wood, flexible pet space, sliding barn-door convenience, and farmhouse furniture styling, this double dog crate is designed to provide both a comfortable indoor space for your pets and a more refined addition to your home.

Took a while for installation. Last step I had to drill my locks because I didn’t pay attention. I was too excited to see the final step. Overall excited. Only negative is the depth. Harder for my lab to turn around in but well worth it. She loves to go in and hide her little toys. We did not put the divider in just to give her some extra space.. Ashley. West Islip, NY. Fable's signature crate is made from premium bent wood. The clear acrylic gate may be secured with a sliding mechanism or stored discreetly within the unit. The minimal design blends seamlessly into any home as a functional side table and balances generous airflow and light in a serene den-like environment for your pet to recover from adventuring. To make sure your dog adapts well to their new crate, we recommend monitoring your pet closely during the first few days, particularly in the case of very young dogs.

This is my second purchase of the Fable Pet crate. My original purchase was for our new Yorkie puppy, about 3 years ago. I knew at the time that we planned on crate training Sassy Lassie (4 lbs), as she would never be able to sleep on our bed for fear she might try and jump off during the night. This led me to do extensive research to find the best crate, both for safety and aesthetic purposes. This Fable Pet crate has exceeded my expectations! I paired it with the Fable Pet bed and both the crate and the bed still look and function like the day I first set it up. My older Yorkie (Pixie, 10 years) has taken to using the Fable Pet crate during the day and trying to get in it at night to sleep. So- I knew I had to buy the exact same crate and bedding for Pixie! Wayfair offered the best sale price AND free shipping saving me $300! I’m very pleased, as are my cute pups!!. Deborah. DE. Fri Sep 18 2026

It is made of high-quality wood and metal. The top can bear a weight of up to 150 pounds, making it suitable for medium-sized to large dogs. Its classic design enables it to seamlessly blend into various home styles. Moreover, it also serves as a large side table, display stand or storage cabinet.

We recently added a schnauzer pup to our family and already had our adult schnauzer, so instead of juggling two separate crates in our bedroom, I wanted one large, furniture-style option that would comfortably fit both. This crate is HUGE. It’s truly designed with large dogs in mind. For reference, I actually climbed inside to test it (yes, I’m that person ), and I could sit straight up without my head touching the top. There’s plenty of room for two medium-sized dogs to stretch out comfortably. I also love that it doesn’t scream “dog crate.” The rustic brown top and black frame give it a true furniture look. It blends beautifully into the bedroom and doubles as usable surface space, which is a big win if you’re trying to keep things polished instead of kennel-cluttered. The only downside for me was the hardware. The same day we assembled it, one of the latches broke. That was disappointing, especially since everything else feels solid and well-built. Overall, if you’re looking for a spacious, furniture-style crate that can handle multiple dogs (or one large one with room to sprawl), this is a great option — just keep an eye on the hardware..
