What's more, with only three parts, you don't need to worry about the complex assembly, it only takes a few minutes to install.

This is beyond cute, and my little 10 pound toy poodle mix loves it! She is having so much fun going up and down the steps to her 'lookout perch' to make sure the 'house is safe'. Doing her job, ha ha. It was fairly easy to put together too. Good instructions, took me about an hour. The box was a bit heavy for me (66 year old female) but once I opened it and took everything out one at a time piece by piece, I was fine. I purchased two of these to put side by side underneath my picture window (haven't assembled the second one yet). The cushion that comes with it is fine, but by making the perch on top longer, I will be able to use her favorite pillow instead (securing wth velcro).
