I was very excited to receive the cat tree condo, unfortunately, it has a very strong chemical odor, and it needed to be left out to air for a couple of weeks.
In general, it is a very nice cat tree, and it is tall! I am only 4’11” so of course it is taller than I am. I really like the multiple lounge options the cat has on this piece, and my cat likes them all.
Although the instructions don’t include any true written instructions, it is simple enough that by following the pictures and pieces listed for each section, I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes with no additional help and using the tools that were included.
A couple of not so great comments, the screw that is meant to hold the stabilizing strap is very short and did not hold well to the piece of wood, we ended up using a different, longer screw but we haven’t secured it against a wall and it is stable enough; although I would not recommend leaving it like this unless you can secure it somehow to prevent it from getting tilted over by your cat(s).
I also had to use additional adhesive Velcro to secure the fabric sections in place, I did not think the two strips each one had would be enough to hold them in place.
