It's a lovely cage, well made and designed for a small bird, like my cockatiel. We did have a problem getting the dome installed due to in -the-box damage, which left it enough askew that it took many tries to get the job done. The birds all love it so far; the door stays open all day, and they've spent quite a bit of time inside so far. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. Also, it was big enough for me to get two new parakeets (4 in all) which makes for a lot of busy antics and chatter (which I luv). Nice sturdy heavy cage just as discribed but not exactly what I expected. It is pretty but the bars are thicker than our previous cage so it's harder to see the birds. It only has 1 actual access opening so not convient to move things around in the cage. Other 3 openings are for changing food & water out. This is very common for many cages but my birds are not tamed and I do not have a bird room. I love how convenient it is to clean the cage with the pull out grid and the metal tray. Much better than grid inside cage and staticy plastic tray. The cons are some parts are slightly off and the bottom catcher comes apart. Cage was shipped in the original box. A few bars are bent however they function properly. Some bent bars are to be expected with thin wire cages. Put together in five minutes on my own. I got this for when I travel with my two green cheek conures. The divider does its job. It can be pushed out by the birds so I clipped it to the cage. My two conures are aggressive to eachother but also very bonded so they always have to be close. I recommend using the divider for traveling at least so one bird doesn't injure another. I thought the bowls would be a problem but they stick their heads right in to get food and water. You will need clips for the front doors if you have birds that like to escape. My cockatiel's name is Angel and she has been with us for around 23 years or so. I recently had purchased a large cage for her but it was way too big and she stayed in one corner on a perch all the time. This cage seems more comforting for one bird, or two. It was easy to finish putting together all but the side clips but I figured it out. AND very nice was the bonus toys, skirt feed catcher, which fit like a charm. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
