Unfortunately, I ordered this as open box and the "front" of the house was broken and one of the steps cracked as soon as my cats stepped on it (unclear if it was already damaged before I installed it). I need to reach out about replacement but know that ordering open box was a risk. Aside from that, this was easy to put together and install, but I used toggle bolts for more secure attachments. This cat perch is very stable, very well made and has a nice cushy yet firm surface. My cat would have loved it had he been about 5 years, 10 years younger, hes 13 years old now and has a little bit of trouble getting up there.
