The material is good and quite suitable for small birds like parakeets and conures. However, the manufacturing could be improved to make it mess-free. This is a secondary cage for my 2 conures at our camp. It was affordable and reasonable/expected quality for the price. Went together easily (is easier with 2 people, but could be done alone).
