It wasn’t too difficult to put together and each of our cats wasted no time in exploring it. It is stable. I don’t think they’ll use the hammock or side baskets. The blue color is more grey-blue in real life. We’ll see how that hides the black fur. The cat tree was to simple to put together because the instructions were well written. I only took an hour and the tools were included. No missing parts and went together well. This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. I imagine it is somewhat self-heating and also helps to hold onto the heat from the window. My largest cat loves the middle level basket. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet. I thought it was nearly perfect in the design but I think one of the attributes is not ideal. The hammock in the middle is kinda low to the platform below it, making it kinda difficult for the cat the get from the platform to the left of the hammock to the next one, slightly higher on the right. I wish the hammock was a board or higher up. Other than that, it’s really good. My friend and me built it in under an hour. I got it because it’s just about 18” below the tops of my kitchen cabinets. So she can climb the tower then traverse the cabinet tops. I have been thinking about removing the hammock and replacing it with a board. We shall see. Me and my cats love this cat wheel! The costumer service is excellent! I thought I have missing parts! I reported it and they answered me in a second to tell me they are arrangingto send me those parts. Later I find them in the box hiding between the styrofoam.. I emailed them to cancel it. I have all the parts! The assembly was pretty easy for me. Went to look through the pictures first , then put it together step by step as it was recommended! The wheel turning smoothly and pretty quiet too. My cats love the top bed. Which I wish It would be a little bigger as they love to sleep there together. I started to teach them how to use it .. , but we all have to give some time until they will feel comfortable to use it . The wheel stopper is great so when I am at work I can close it . Also I got peel and stick contact paper to cover the outside of the wheel. Those gaps between the panels it’s not that safe. One cat used it the other cat was trying to catch the wheel. This is a nice, tall cat tree with a lot of different places for cats to climb, scratch, and lounge. At over 70 inches tall, it gives cats a great vertical space to explore. The many perches make it easy for them to move up and down the tower. My cat is a large, 16-pound boy with a pretty big frame, so I was initially concerned that the enclosed condos might be too small for him. But he was able to get into both of them comfortably and clearly enjoys having the cozy hideaways. The openings looked small at first glance, but they work fine even for a bigger cat. The structure feels sturdy and stable once assembled, and the sisal-covered posts and ramp give plenty of scratching surfaces. The gray covering is more like a soft blanket than carpet and looks nice in the room. My box didn’t come with printed assembly instructions. I was able to pull up the product photo online and use that as a guide, and the pieces were straightforward enough that it wasn’t difficult to figure out. Well Packaged! Material is soft. Black sisal rope doesn’t seem to be able to fray like traditional sisal rope. We’ll see how long it takes for the cats to tear it up. Condo walls are ribbed and let a little light through, which is nice. Tower feels solid, well built. Screw in connections are solid as well. Tightening these screws down as much as possible (by hand), helps to ensure nothing wiggles. Retightened everything once it was fully assembled, just to be sure it’s sturdy. Our cat loves to throw herself at off of towers with such ferocity, they have to be stable. This one is definitely that. Pushing screws through the fabric holes 1st, made it a little bit easier to make the connections. We didn’t assemble the top bed, as this would have put our curious kitty a bit too close to her nemesis… The ceiling fan. It’s about 5 feet tall without the top bed.
