The directions were difficult to follow. Yes you can look at the pictures and figure it out, and I did. Really cute cat tree! I love how tall it is. Assembly was super simple and the instructions were very clear. My cats love the baskets. The only cons for me: 1.) It's very light, so easily tipped (although it includes a strap to attach it to the wall) and 2.) there are some places where the metal tops of the bolts are exposed. But great tree all around!. This is a very nice multi-level cat tree. However, I gave it 4 stars because I wish it were more stable without having to be connected to the wall. This little desk mounted cat bed exceeded my expectations even when I installed it in a non traditional way. I have mine mounted onto a little side table in our living room between two arm chairs. One of our cats loves to sit with us but also have her own space. This was a perfect solution to that. As long as it is positioned so that the cat bed is over the center of the side table it is incredibly sturdy. She is somewhere between thirteen to fifteen pounds and has no issues jumping onto and off of the cat bed. It doesnt wobble or shake the side table so the space is still usable for glasses or other little things. Assembly was easy i did it myself in about seven minutes. The bed is large enough for her to stretch out on or just curl up and take a nap. My cats are happy with it so im happy with it. It is quite hefty as a heads up the support arms are metal and the pivot works well to move her around and out of the way. I have not set it up yet as we are still renovating our cat room, but the parts are very good quality and look exactly like pictured. Although there are many parts, the directions make it easy to build. You just need to know where exactly on the walls they work and then they are easy to put up. Well Packaged! Material is soft. Black sisal rope doesn’t seem to be able to fray like traditional sisal rope. We’ll see how long it takes for the cats to tear it up. Condo walls are ribbed and let a little light through, which is nice. Tower feels solid, well built. Screw in connections are solid as well. Tightening these screws down as much as possible (by hand), helps to ensure nothing wiggles. Retightened everything once it was fully assembled, just to be sure it’s sturdy. Our cat loves to throw herself at off of towers with such ferocity, they have to be stable. This one is definitely that. Pushing screws through the fabric holes 1st, made it a little bit easier to make the connections. We didn’t assemble the top bed, as this would have put our curious kitty a bit too close to her nemesis… The ceiling fan. It’s about 5 feet tall without the top bed.
