Pet Slow Feeders

This is a great bowl for my dogs who normally inhale their food when eating out of regular bowls. I prefer to avoid plastic and was delighted to discover that they are made in stainless steel. These are great bowls and slow my furballs down considerably. The rubber rim prevents the bowl from sliding around. My only criticism is that I wish the rubber rim was permanent, vs removable because the are a little tricky to get back on. Overall, I'm very happy with these bowls.. Michele. Monument, CO. As usual I really didn’t pay attention to the size. Only the large size was available and I ordered before I got my new dog. The bowls are huge and I’m not sure she will even eat or drink out of them. They are quality stainless steel bowls and would be perfect for a household of several pets that are able to share a feeding and water bowl. If you are in that situation, these would be a great buy.. Forager mats are snuffle mats that replace traditional dog bowls and can be easily rolled up and secured to be kept out of sight when not in use. Slow feeders are crucial for mental enrichment, and brain engagement, and can help prevent choking, vomiting, and bloating from eating too fast. Our Softsnout material won't irritate foraging noses, tongues, and gums, and our anti-slide backing keeps the Forager mat in place. Each Forager has a different difficulty level depending on color and how well it hides food or treats, and pets must use visual cues as well as their nose to sniff out their reward. A Forager mat can be used to supplement exercise on rainy days, provide focus and deter destructive behavior from bored pets, and provide feeding motivation by providing a challenge.
