The roof opens and converts to a playtop when you add the perch. This cage is easy to clean since the rooftop and cage-body mesh all snap on or snap off with ease. The glass front doors open smoothly and stay securely shut with magnetic closures and a windbell lock.  This cage features both horizontal and vertical wires, which allow for optimal climbing. The product includes two wood dowel perches; two food/water cups; and a pull-out grille and debris tray. Ideal for tabletop use, convenient handles are included for when you need to move the cage. Measures: 24 1/2" Long, 16 1/2" wide, and 21 3/4" high. Wire spacing is 1/2".

It’s a nice cage. It’s bigger than I expected. The cage pull out base bottom was cracked. I super glued it..the hassle to return didn’t seem worth it.
