The unit is pretty nice overall, drawers do not line up very well though (uneven gaps around the sides), and the latches are not designed for the unit, so they hang over the edge of the metal. I have a Golden retriever and a King Charles cavalier and they both fit well. The product also looks good in my living room. Love that there are drawers to store additional doggie items. Very beautiful, but instructions were not the most clear. Also, holes throughout different pieces did not always align, although we were able to make it work. However, the most obvious one is where the handle to one of the crate doors go. We could not install it unless we pierced a new hole. Very pleased with the quality of this kennel. Be sure to caulk the inside edges to prevent leaks of material from going into the cracks. It is not waterproof but water resistant on the surfaces which are plastic veneer. My dogs love it. They go right in. I used bird trays for the bottom of bird cages sold on a major pet site which measure 20 inches width and depth to hold dog blankets and avoid damage. Easy assembly. Looks good overall but with issues. The drawers are uneven. They are not aligned so it feels wobbly opening and closing them. One side of the kennel is also a bit crooked.
