I would give it 5 stars for adorable-ness however my cat enjoyed the building process this has since just been a decorative piece in my home. The fabric did not sit quite evenly at first (sit picture) but with time, it did stretch and I was able to make it a circle rather than what you see in pic. Warning that the fabric is VERY thin and unless you are a patient builder, you will likely rip it. If you are looking for a scratching post for actual scratching, look elsewhere. My cat can and will sit on and inside of anything but for some reason is not attracted to the “home” part of the flamingo. This Catry 2 in 1 Cat Perch with Bed is the second one I have purchased for my cats. My 15 year old male cat Oliver loves to hang out by my husband's desk so this bed is perfect to give him a comfy place to sleep and be close to his human. Prior to getting this bed, Oliver would constantly meow and paw at my husband for attention during the work day. Now Oliver has somewhere to relax and be close without bothering my husband while he's working. We purchased another one of these last year from another retailer and have it by a window for the cats to lay and watch the birds outside. It's the perfect height for an older cat to be able to get into from the floor, and the two 5 year old female cats can easily jump into it as well.
