It does fold down somewhat flat, but you have to remove three wheels (quick-release), take off the handlebar, and disconnect a supporting tube on the inside (back, top area). The instructions could be improved. But it seems to be well-made and rolls smoothly. The large zippered areas (front, top, back) provide lots of ventilation. It does fit through a 36” door.. Ka.
