Our Eclectus parrot likes the space: even the bump out for the Victorian flourish top. He quickly explored the inside and outside of the cage, treats and water from the new bowls and perch, and enjoyed sittling like a king on the perch stretched in the Victorian top opening. This cage is large and durable. Assembly was a bit complicated as a few pieces were mislabeled, but after process of elimination I was able to figure it out. You’ll definitely need someone to help you with the way the screws and nuts are placed. For a bird cage it’s different in the sense that it’s a chicken wire pattern rather than vertical bars, and it doesn’t have built in food and water doors. Overall, it’s a fairly decent cage..
