Eliteshade Aluminum Grill Gazebo

I am satisfied with this gazebo this is the second one that I purchased The first got destroyed in a storm with winds reaching 100 mph. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a gazebo in 2023, and just a year and a half later, the aluminum rods on the roof snapped and tore away from the frame. I even had to retrieve parts of it from a tree in the neighborhood. I contacted Wayfairs customer service, but since it fell outside the 30-day warranty period, there was nothing they could do—not even offer replacement parts. As a result, a significant amount of my hard-earned money feels wasted. If you want a product that will last, I would not recommend this one the material was ripped, and the rods snapped. Very disappointed

This gazebo arrived on Monday lunchtime and we had assembled it by 500! To be fair, we didn’t do it constantly as my husband was also taking calls and meetings, so it probably took 2 of us 2 hours to complete it. It’s very sturdy! We had a few screws that didn’t align particularly well, but with some pushing and lifting we managed to get them all in. It is pushed up against our patio wall on 2 sides and even in the strong winds yesterday it didn’t move. We will fill the legs with pea shingle as suggested eventually, but it seemed to stand up to the wind very well! I love the slightly darker canvas roof, I’m hoping it won’t show every little mark like the lighter ones do. We’re very pleased with this product.

One of the legs was damaged. Had to use a needle nose plyer because we put started to put up past the 30 day return policy.

Delivery guys were great! Haven’t opened the box yet as it is raining but the box is in my garage.

Very poor customer service. Truly a disappointing first time experience. Customer service does not listen to the customer’s reasonable request not to have a delivery between 2-5 pm. Simply unreasonable.

For the money, I was expecting aluminum posts wrapped in rattan-ish fabric, as stated in the ad - our posts are made out of full aluminum and wrapped by rattan. Instead each post is triangle instead of a square, composed of 3 thin rods with thin metal straps keeping them in a triangle shape, wrapped in a cheap plastic woven brown fabric. Had I known that they werent aluminum posts, as advertised, I would not have bought this. Someone suggested filling them with pea gravel to give them more weight. If you do that, youll see the pea gravel lumps and bumps thru the thin woven fabric. Sand will come out thru the weave It looks good when assembled, but I have my doubts about how long it will last. I probably should have returned it!

This is perfect. Easy to put up and very nice looking.

Takes a few hours to assemble but it’s beautiful! Exactly like the photos.
