I really wanted to love this product. Unfortunately not only did not assemble well, the roof didn't align and upon reaching out for the proper pieces the cedar wood started to crack. We are requesting a full refund.

Love it now that it’s set up the only thing that I didn’t not like was how each panel was wrapped in plastic and had to be pealed off

Overall happy with this purchase. The roof seems like a nice quality. The wood frame has to be pieced together and the stain is kind of cheesy... scratches easily and I foresee it fading quickly in the sun. It will probably need to be restained in a few years. But overall this is a fairly sturdy gazebo, very spacious, has good vents, etc. We did secure it to the concrete as an extra precaution against wind/storms.

OK. Don’t typically write reviews. But think this one is worth writing. This Gazebo is freakin amazing. The build directions are very well done. I will say this. Day ONE. do your subassembly’s. When you actually start to build the Gazebo you’ll be glad you did. And trust me. When you set the poles and build the cedar frame. FOUR PEOPLE ARE A MUST. After that two is convenient to save up and down the ladders. But once you are done. You’ll be very happy with the quality and precision of this gazebo. Extremely Happy. Thank you Wayfair.

It went up easy, with just my husband and one helper. Took two days because we started late on the first. Seems a little less sturdy than we were hoping for but I guess we will find out......

Definitely not 12x16.. we assembled it and it was measuring 10x14.. called Wayfair and they wanted us to disassemble and send back after paying $500 to have it put up! No credit nor discount to compensate. Definitely not happy.

This is not a good product. Wayfair is fine, the company sunjoy that makes the product is the issue. Cheap wood, horrible customer service. No big deal, live and you learn. But the company sunjoy will never get a dime from me
