Rug came wrinkled and never got flat after over a year.

This is much lighter in color than the photo reflects. I need to exchange it.

Great rug. When it came it wasn’t rolled, it was folded. Hard to get the creases out but will come out over time. Otherwise I really like it. Depending how the light hits it looks like a darker or lighter gray

I hate it. It is NOT dark grey. It’s light grey and nothing like the picture. Here is a picture next to my white night stand.

Love this rug but the color isn’t quite what I was expecting. From a distance the color comes off as a charcoal gray but up close it looks very navy. As other reviewers said, the lighting and angle can totally change the look of the rug. From one angle it looks like a highly saturated gray pattern but from another angle it’s almost white and you can barely see the pattern. Before purchasing look through all the photos reviewers have posted, they provide a good idea of what it looks like from different angles. It’s a well made rug with medium thickness. The smell was off putting for a day or so but was hardly noticeable by the second day. It arrived folded up in thick plastic but the creases came out after a few passes with the vacuum.
