This is a sturdy and well built stand. I got it for my Timneh and my Congo Grey parrots. It was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. The tray was damaged but I used pliers to “fix” it. This is a great play stand. It's made of hard plastic unlike some play stands that use wood. Which can be destroyed in a day's time with some parrots. I had a similar play stand to this one decades ago and thought they had been discontinued. I was happy to find it on Wayfair. I've been raising 'rescue' cockatiels for over 4 decades, and have purchased a lot of playsets. Almost without exception, they are not well designed, and are held together by glue and pieces holding each other up. They don't last. This Bird Playground is superior in every way: the wood is quality, the holes for screws are perfectly lined up (yup, its held together with counter-sunk screws), the instructions are clear and when finished it is quite sturdy.
