Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting its sturdiness and effective functionality in blocking off areas. The weight of the product is frequently mentioned as a positive attribute, contributing to its stability and preventing pets from moving it. While generally well-received, some users found the product to be too heavy to maneuver easily, and a few experienced minor issues with damage during shipping or with the finish.
