Love this! Debated about the purchase for a while, but finally went for it, and my cats are in love. Its sturdy and assembly instructions are straight forward. I was hesitant about ordering a product with AI photos (seriously Wayfair??) but it was hard to find dimensions that would work with our windows as most catios or cat boxes are made for standard size windows and ours are tall but skinny. My fiance spent the weekend installing it and install was tricky because our placement wasn’t on a flat surface and he had to drill holes in concrete. The install was the only tricky part (and that’s because of our windows so he added additional wood supports). However, assembly was very quick and our cat took to it almost immediately.
