Bought this for my sphynx cat who can’t stay outside for long periods of time but I want to let him get some fresh air! My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. Love it! Pretty easy to assemble, just wish the pictures on the directions were much clearer. Much bigger than what I had anticipated, so had to angle it on our deck. Also had to figure out a different roof as we're not able to secure it to the building. I'll be purchasing a 2x4 to brace it against the decks wall. Our cat's are still trying to get used to it.
