First of all the instructions are very vague and it seems like they don't go with the litter box I received and the app doesn't provide any help... the app doesn't monitor the cat at all I guess you have to pay for that too ... I couldn't find help anywhere online not even YouTube... I had litter everywhere!! I'm a disabled single woman I got this to make my life easier but it's been a nightmare I'd rather go back to scooping it.. now I'd like to return it but not sure how I can do that physically i don't have help where I live... I recommend that people who want to save a buck and go cheap don't do it!! It's not worth the stress

I absolutely love this for the price! The waste container is large with decent size bags, it took my cats a bit to get used to it but now they use it just fine! Love the sensor that stops rotating if a cat goes too close, my curious cats kept sticking their heads in to see while it cleaned and it stopped rotating every time, then continued when they stepped away.

I really like this litter box in theory, but in practice it's more challenging. The weighing function isn't working and it was really hard to find information about how to contact the manufacturer for help. I ended up calling Wayfair, and they were able to create a 'ticket' with the manufacturer which was great - it just would have been nice if it was easier to get a hold of the people myself. I'm also having trouble getting my cats to use it. I'm using other sources for tips, but it's another thing where it would have been nice if some of that information had been provided with the device. I'm Wayfair was able to connect me with the right people and I'm hoping the problems get resolved soon!

This thing is amazing. Smells are gone and I only have to change the bag every 5 days.

I own 4 different smart kitty litters. This is the only one that want a monthly subscription to let me know that the kitty litter needs to be empty which I do. It like. I so like the size of this kitty litter. It has not weighed my cat and has not let me know how many times the cat has gone to the litter. I like this cat litter better than my petsafe cat litter which is harder to clean. My robot litter is still my favorite. I bought this one because it was cheaper.

Its a great self cleaning cat litter box, very affordable and does the job. Very quiet as well. Love it!

It works but it’s tricky to get the right amount of liter in there because if there’s too much it won’t clean. I also constantly get alerts that the waste bin is full even after changing it.
