We love it. Our cats love it. Definitely better than normal litter boxes.

Bought and delivered feb 2025 and this is march 2025. Contacted meowant for replacement silicone pad and they do not make them. They responded to cut cat nails frequently. My cat nails are short. Only way to fix is order new drum reported price over 100. DONT order this trash. Cats scratch litter to potty. Poor quality and meowant even worse customer service. Working with Wayfair customer service at this time will update. Update. Wayfair has excellent customer service!! They are working with me on this. I honestly don’t think my cat could have done this damage. The only way a cat could not scratch the silicone is for it to be declawed and that is cruel!!! Will keep you posted. Update talked with Wayfair on 31825 and they said they would send replacement that would be delivered on 32625. On 32725 I contacted them due to no delivery and they did not order. So now they say will be here 4125. Changed my mind on Wayfair customer service.

Love love this liter box. No mess and cleans great. Very quiet. Our two cats love it and have no trouble getting in and out of it. The litter box is very spacious.

I was sent a USED one! I paid for a new one but received a USED one missing parts. I am done with WAYFAIR.

While this litter works well, it is not suitable for big cats.

I have 11 cats we bought 3 boxes. It was easy to set up. It tells you your cats weight plus it is A LOT LESS LITTER we are using. Even with 11 cats we only change the bags every 2 days. It comes with bags, deodorizer, and a mat. We bought this specific box because we have large cats. They love it!! SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT SOONER!!!

This is so easy to set up, and my cats love (and use) it! I may get another one for upstairs.

This has actually been a surprisingly good purchase. I wish the litter had a signal for a full bin, but I just try and change it regularly. All three cats now prefer this over all the other litter boxes I’ve ever bought--which is actually something I never thought would happen. Great auto litter box without an outrageous price tag
