Elwin Indoor/Outdoor Bench

It’s gorgeous and fits my aesthetic like a glove. With this piece, you bring outdoor an element indoors. I give that part 5 stars. The base isn’t made of concrete or anything remotely close to that type material. The actual bench part is. NOTE!!!! You CANT SIT ON THIS UNLESS IT’S SECURED TO SOMETHING FIXED!!! Whilst this is easy to assemble, it did not come with instructions, indication that it NOT functional or usable unless secured in place. It was also missing hardware parts and while Wayfair was great at handling business, their vendors were slow to respond and did not pay attention to detail. I ordered this a few weeks ago, I just received the missing hardware part yesterday. Wayfair did offer a small discount (thank you btw) for my inconvenience. In conclusion, If you like design as I do more than comfort and safety (LOL), this is the piece for you. This piece tied my whole living room together.

Beware - must be attached. They look great but don't work freestanding.

Looks great in person, and such a good value for the price and shipping lead time. 10/10 would recommend, and would definitely order again.

You get what you paid for. It is not really solid concrete -if that is what you are looking for-. Feels cheap and very light, and on top of that, the top came cracked.

This bench was a disappointment for several reasons: 1. It was sent with the wrong mounting hardware, and I had to go to several hardware stores to track down the correct screws. 2. The finish is fragile - it is already cracking along the edges and a chip has fallen off, showing the underlying mesh support structure. 3. I tried to place it on a gentle grass slope where I had another bench previously, and it wouldn’t stay upright but rolled forward - the flat bottoms of the support balls aren’t large enough to keep it steady. On the plus side, I did give it two stars because it is so extremely good looking - I just wish it were a little more functional.
