Excellent pet door insert for sliding door! This pet door is very well-made, sturdy, and easily assembled. The flap is thick and has magnets that are solid but not too strong to keep our cats (ranging from 13 to 19 lbs) from going back and forth for their catio that lives outside the slider door. As advertised. Slide in security panel was warped when it arrived and the box was a bit torn in one spot. Not very securely packaged, but I was able to re-form the slide in panel, and make it work. It would be a 5 star rating if it had come with a second panel to go on the outside position which would make it more secure. The aluminum frame is very well designed and fits together nicely. The first one was the wrong size. The second came with Bullitt proof glass shattered. The third arrived in good shape. The tape materials ,The peace that goes between the door and window doesn't stick. Fixed it with strapping tape. the other tape materials that go between the pet door and the slider peals, but not between the cotton and the sticky material, but in the cotton. My only concern was range of the remote, which was not an issue, even at a sharp angle from my bedroom window at roughly 22 feet, so I was pleasantly surprised. I prefer this to a Pet Door because of the Remote option. She did not like pushing through the pet door that I first installed, and this was a great solution at a reasonable price. I also bought a Pressure Sensitive Mat that Chimes when she is inside and approaches the door so that I know when she wants to go out. Looks well made and sturdy.
