I just want to cry. It was so expensive and it is falling apart in 3 days. I thought it was a good rug when we rolled it out, today I noticed the small bald patches. The quality is not there. There is a whole section where the tufting is missing. Areas where you can see the woven backing underneath, the wool is not secured to the backing and is falling out, other parts are showing a white backing material where the cut pile was not inserted. I don't even know how to deal with this. It should never have made it past quality control. What a horrible experience. Update: I contacted customer service and the rug has been deemed defective. Wayfair is taking care of the issue and while I won't change the star rating for the product, I can say that customer service is 5 stars. Gives me faith that I can continue to order and if there is a problem, it will be taken seriously.
