Customers generally find the product's appearance appealing, with some noting it looks good and receives compliments. However, opinions on assembly are mixed, with some finding it easy and others experiencing difficulties with instructions and part alignment. Concerns have been raised regarding the material, as it is not solid wood as advertised, with hollow posts that have shown cracking. This has led to negative feedback on durability, with some reviewers expecting a short lifespan for the product.
