Update: Excellent customer service! The company reached out to me and sent a replacement right away. Companies that take care of their customers will always get my respect. We were out of town so just put the new one on our bed tonight. No visible issues with it, color is still beautiful, so I have to adjust my rating based on the quick response and remedy. I had so much hope, but I’ve only had this comforter on my bed a week and it is falling apart part! I’m not sure if there were imperfections that I didn’t notice until they got bigger or if it’s just poorly made?! It has several of these holes/slices all over it. Very disappointed because for this price it shouldn't be doing this. Color was great, love that it’s warm, but terrible, defective product.

I love how heavy this comforter is. It’s perfect for a cold day or if you have your AC running and want to be all cuddly. We call it the BEAR! Very comfy!!! 10

I can't say enough about this comforter! It's so soft and fluffy and so incredibly beautiful! Washing it is incredibly difficult because there are not dryers that are big enough to hold this, but I don’t even care. I love this comforter!
