So comfy! The perfect amount of firmness, not too soft at all. Keeps its shape, doesn’t flatten out from use.

This is too soft and immediately upon laying on it I sank into it. Once on it movement is difficult. Hard to get up. I don’t feel this is a 9 on firm scale. Had some yellow areas.

Just like many customer reviews said at the Wayfair listing for this product (reviews which the Wayfair phone reps said weren't to be highly trusted), this topper is not what I would consider "firm", as it it compresses all the way of the topper's 3" to the surface beneath it by my body.

It’s not firm it’s marshmallow soft which is not what it claims to be

It doesn't seem "firm" at first, but when you lie down, the foam contours to your body, giving extra support at the hips and shoulders. My first nights sleep was great!

Slept on this for the first time last night. Like a little one I slept right thru the night. I wasn’t sure it was really going to be “firm” as the description implies because of the memory foam. The nice part is that the memory foam lends comfort and some support while the next layer is firm and prevented me from feeling like I was sinking into the topper and waking up with a sore back as a result.

Just what I needed for newly remodel

Good product. A little softer than what i was expecting, but my back & hip pain from my arthritis is barely there when i get up in the morning compared to the other topper i had. It also foes mot make me sleep hot like my old topper. It keeps me at a comfortable temperature throughout the night.
