I am excited to see how this is about to turn out. I was greatly disappointed about the delivery guys very rude would not respond to any of my questions. They were about to leave my merchandise on the porch until I insisted they put it in our home. I pray it looks like the picture. I generally love wayfair. Hopefully the will restore my faith in them. We will see to be continued.l N

Very good i loved some issues but great at the end

looks amazing! was super hard to built would recommend getting an expert assembler. It took 4 guys and 6 hours to complete.

Easy to install if you carefully read and understand the intsalling instruction, I bought all three on the picture, it took me about 4 to assemble all of them, they look beautiful all together with the TV, I’m gonna give them 4 stars because 1 light was missing, I recommend you to hire a professional to install if you mess up 1 whole it will affect the rest of them, only if you think you can’t do it but if you can it is better to safe that money for other needed staff.

Delivered in too many pieces, Assembler broke the glass twice. A lil cheesy for my taste. Our Daughters love it and we will be giving it to them

I love it! This entertainment center is exactly what we had been looking for! I love the high gloss white fronts, and the huge amount of storage was unexpected. I didnt realize at the time I bought it that the towers upper sections are doors. I also didnt realize that the lower section of the towers and console are doored storage. It doesnt describe that in the listing and you cant tell it from the pictures. It took quite a while to get it all together, but it wasnt difficult. The pieces are quite sturdy and fairly heavy. The fireplace is nice I like the flame effects and the option of flame colors are quite pretty. Ill choose the violet for the summer. The lights on the towers and upper console are also nice, though not as bright as Id hoped. We also were missing one of the electrical connectors in one of the three boxes (there are 3 lights on each tower and 2 on the upper console). However, the electrical connectors that come in the boxes have 4 openings, so we just hooked up one of the console lights to the tower electrical connector closest to it, and it worked out perfectly. If I had any other complaints (suggestion for the manufacturer) it would be the stickers. While the glossy front pieces are all covered in a removable plastic coating for protection (which the stickers for those pieces are stuck to), the non-glossy pieces have the stickers a) on the visible side, which presents a problem because b) they are very sticky and are not easy to remove. And when you finally get them off, it leaves a little stain where they were. But, for as much as I enjoy the entertainment center, its not worth removing a star for.
