We had a queen size requirement and were looking for something that complemented our home's rustic, old-world aesthetic. One of our main concerns was whether it would work with our existing setup, and I can happily report that it is completely compatible with an adjustable frame. The only downside was the assembly process. It wasn’t particularly straightforward, and we ran into a minor issue with the wooden plugs provided to cover the bolts; not all of them fit perfectly into the holes. We purchased the Montauk Solid Wood bed, and overall, we are very pleased with it. We had a queen size requirement and were looking for something that complemented our home's rustic, old-world aesthetic. This piece fits that style beautifully and looks like a high-quality addition to the room. One of our main concerns was whether it would work with our existing setup, and I can happily report that it is completely compatible with an adjustable frame. The only downside was the assembly process. It wasn’t particularly straightforward, and we ran into a minor issue with the wooden plugs provided to cover the bolts; not all of them fit perfectly into the holes.
